This Order may be cited as the Minister Designation Order (Canada Business Corporations Act).

Designation

s. 2

The Minister of Consumer and Corporate Affairs is hereby designated as the member of the Queen's Privy Council for Canada to act as the Minister for the purposes of the Canada Business Corporations Act.
